Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of the Manzil Commute mobile application, operated by Manzil Commute, Lahore, Pakistan. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Eligibility

• You must be female.
• Drivers must be at least 18 years of age.
• Passengers must be at least 16 years of age with a valid Smart Card or CNIC.
• You must carry your Smart Card or CNIC while travelling.
• You must provide a valid Pakistani phone number and accurate personal information.
• You must not have a previously terminated Manzil account.

The Platform

Manzil is a technology platform that connects female passengers with female drivers. Manzil is not a transportation company and does not employ drivers. Drivers are independent individuals.

Fares & Payments

Fares are calculated using a distance-based formula. Drivers and passengers settle payments directly through cash or bank transfer. Manzil does not collect ride fares.

Platform Fees

Manzil charges a 5% platform service fee on every completed trip over a rolling 30-day billing cycle.

SOS & Safety

The SOS button alerts Manzil administrators with your live location and sends a one-time SMS to your emergency contact. For emergencies contact: Police 15, Rescue 1122, Edhi 115.

Behaviour

Smoking, alcohol, harassment, threats, violence, and vandalism are strictly prohibited.
