Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about Manzil's Lahore pilot.

When will Manzil launch?

We are currently reviewing route interest and driver applications in Lahore. Share early route interest or apply to drive so we can understand practical demand first.

Is Manzil free?

No. Manzil is being built as a pay-as-you-go service with no subscription. Costs depend on route, timing, and agreement before a match moves forward.

Can men join Manzil?

The Lahore pilot is designed for women riders and women drivers. We are keeping early matching women-focused while the pilot is reviewed manually.

How does matching work?

Riders share early route interest, drivers apply with their usual routes, and Manzil uses manual review before contacting anyone about a possible match.

Do I have to accept a match?

No. A possible route match is not a commitment. Both sides review the details, and either one can say no.

Can Manzil guarantee safety?

No transport service can make every ride risk-free. Manzil focuses on women-only pilot matching, keeping your route details private, manual review, and clear reporting.

Who sets the cost?

Pilot costs are not one fixed price for every route. They depend on route, timing, and the agreement before a rider and driver move forward.
