Our story

About Manzil

Manzil was built by a team in Lahore who wanted everyday travel to feel safer and clearer for women.

“We are a team based in Lahore building something we believe in.”

We built Manzil because getting around Lahore as a woman involves a mental calculation most people never think about: which route is safe at this hour, which driver to trust, whether the cost is fair. Every trip carries a weight that shouldn't exist.

Manzil is an attempt to make that calculation easier — a service where the driver is a woman, the route is agreed in advance, and both sides have a say before anything moves forward.

We're starting small. We collect route interest from riders and applications from drivers, review them by hand, and only reach out when there's a realistic match. No algorithm deciding for you. No automatic placement. Just careful, honest matching between women who are going the same way.

How we work

Built around three ideas

Careful routes

We start with pilot routes rather than opening every area at once. A smaller start means we can get it right before we grow.

Clear costs

Pay as you go, no subscription. What a ride costs depends on the route and the agreement — no hidden fees, no monthly charge.

You decide

A suggested match is not a commitment. You see the details first, and you choose whether to say yes.
